Super Kids UMA Karate Ages:3-5
Ultimate Martial Arts & Fitness's one of a kind SuperKids Preschool program is geared to introduce the Martial Arts to 3, 4 and 5 years olds in a fun and age appropriate way. Superkid students learn basic skills which are then built upon at the traditional Martial Arts Junior level. Our PreSchool students work on listening, cooperation, balance, safety and beginning Martial Arts skills while being challenged and encouraged to succeed. SuperKids will learn Goal Setting as they advance with special preschool Karate belt levels designed to excite the student and encourage hard work in the classroom. Classes are 30 minutes in length, once per week (2x-3x per week also available). Our enthusiastic and nurturing staff looks forward to working with your child!
UMA Karate Ages:6-13

Knowing how to recognize potential danger and learning how to avoid and eliminate threats to yourself and loved ones should be a priority for everyone. Ultimate Martial Arts Ages:6-Adult
The UMA Martial Arts program encompasses a variety of classes to meet our students' needs; including Karate, Sparring, Jiu-jitsu, Combatives, Forms, Weapons, Junior and Adult classes. At Ultimate Martial Arts & Fitness we have the "ultimate" fitness program for everyone in the family.
We offer classes 6 days a week for all ages and ability levels. Our schedule is designed to keep today's busy family in mind - there are many class options at different times, and students have the flexibility to attend class when it its convenient for them, and may attend as often as they like.

Some of our classes are broken up by ability level so all the students in class are learning the same material. As the student's ability level increases, so will the degree of difficulty in the classes, to continuously challenge the student. Progressing with other members will also build new lasting friendships as you get to know and challenge your fellow students!
Junior Jiu-Jitsu/Wrestling Ages 5-14

Our junior jiu-jitsu classes are an introduction to the adult jiu-jitsu classes and offer a mix of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling. This martial art uses grappling and ground techniques to teach kids to be stronger, self disciplined and more confident. The fundamentals focus on how a smaller person can defend themselves against a larger opponent through the use of leverage and flexibility and turning an opponent's weight against themselves. We teach age appropriate curriculum in a safe and fun learning environment.
Class is open to both boys and girls.
Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts Ages: Late Teen to Adult
Whether you are a beginning jiu-jitsu student or a professional MMA fighter, these classes will be a total mind and body workout for you. The martial arts taught in these classes include but are not limited to: Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Army combatives, boxing, kickboxing, judo and wrestling. Classes consist of standing strikes, standing grappling, ground grappling, and ground strikes. Expect to work both gi and no-gi techniques.
We understand that everyone trains for different reasons and the majority of people may never enter the cage. Some of our students train to lose weight, learn self defense, prepare for law enforcement or military combatives, or simply because it is fun. We treat everyone with respect and your safety is our highest priority. Class is open to both men and women.
Women's Kickboxing Ages: Late Teen to Adult Women

Take your body to a whole new level of fitness with our Women's Kickboxing class. This is an explosive and surprising class that will get your heart pumping and keep your body guessing. This high-energy cardio class utilizes kickboxing & karate movements, while striking actual pads to create a total body endurance workout. Experience combinations of controlled punches and kicks carried out with the discipline and skills required for martial arts, add in some continually changing athletic drills designed to build strength and tone your muscles and this will turn up the intensity of your workout. Kickboxing routines are straight forward, powerful and lots of fun, all while listening to your favorite music! Many of our students say this sport helps them to feel more empowered, confident and able to defend themselves. This class is for women only. Sorry guys!
Yoga Ages: ALL
Whether you're ending your workout or just finishing up a busy day, finish the evening with the science of Yoga, to stretch and release your mind, body and soul. Balance and revitalize your entire being while building strength, flexibility, balance & concentration. Vinyassa Yoga incorporates various postures within a series of sequential movements. Heat is generated through the flow which increases flexibility while building core muscular strength. You will learn to take the science of yoga and use it in your everyday life to help combat the stress and obstacles we all face on a daily basis. Proper relaxation is a very important key to giving our bodies what they need to stay healthy. Come and start your personal journey today!
