Our Kickboxing class is a total body conditioning workout. It is designed to develop speed, endurance, muscle tone, focus and awareness. This high-energy class utilizes martial arts boxing and kicking movements, while striking actual pads. Your workout will include combinations of controlled punches and kicks carried out with the discipline and skills required for martial arts. Then we add in continually changing athletic drills designed to build strength and tone your muscles and this will turn up the intensity of your workout. Kickboxing routines are EASY, straight forward and lots of fun, all while listening to your favorite music! Many of our students say that in addition to the fitness aspect, this class helps them to feel more empowered, confident and able to defend themselves. This class is open to men or women at any experience level. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, we will teach you everything you need to know!
