Two Herefordshire men sent to trial after denying ABH charge | Hereford Times

TWO HEREFORDSHIRE men have been sent for trial after denying causing actual bodily harm.

Callum Woodhouse and Owen Dykes entered not guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard 21-year-old Woodhouse and 18-year-old Dykes are accused of jointly assaulting a person causing actual bodily harm in Hereford on April 5.

Dykes is also accused of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a police officer harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on the same date.

Dykes admitted causing criminal damage to the wing mirror and a door panel, worth around £150, belonging to another person in Hereford on July 16, and causing damage to three fence panels, worth around £150, on the same date.

Woodhouse, of Lowfield Meadow, Kingstone, and Dykes, of Belle Vue Terrace, St Owen Street, Hereford, were sent for trial and will appear before Hereford magistrates next on December 1.
